Help us reach our final goal...

Dear Friends,

As you know, Global Action is a Christian ministry that trains and equips Christian leaders across the developing world. These leaders go on to bring the gospel and a sustainable provision of aid to their communities.  This is especially the case with our training in Bhutan.  But we need your help with this great work.

I would like to ask your help with a funding goal we really want to meet.

We're currently training 15 Church Leaders in Bhutan, a country where Christians experience significant persecution. These leaders are incredibly passionate and hardworking, and are risking their lives ministering in their communities.

Up to this point they have been completely isolated and have lacked any type of training. So far, we've trained them in 9 out of 10 course modules, and they've benefitted hugely from this training. However, we’re just £1,800 short of the final amount we need for the remainder of their training. If we can find this final £1,800 we will be able to pay for their last training module and for their graduations. This £1,800 will also pay for Study Bibles for them, something none of them have. They will benefit hugely from this provision and we’re really keen to enable this to happen.

If you can help with anything towards this goal it will be a great blessing to these Pastors and Church Leaders.

I’ll be pleased to circulate some pictures and stories of how they’re transforming their communities if we raise the necessary funds.

Please click below to make a gift and help us equip these leaders with the necessary skills and resources to minister to their communities!
Thanks you for your help!

Pastor Guatam is one of our current students at our Jaigaon training centre on the Indo- Bhutanese border.

Once known as the “Witch Doctor King” of Bhutan, he was the man to visit when you wanted to put a curse on someone.

After a dramatic encounter with a Christian, he gave his life to Christ and embarked on a ministry of healing. In fact, it turned out he had a gift for healing far surpassing his former powers to curse.

As he travelled around the country healing people, people began to enquire about Jesus, and Guatam started leading them to the Lord.

He was desperate to minister effectively to these new converts and looked around for someone to mentor him in this ministry. But there was no- one available.

Finally, Global Action set up their Global Church Foundations training in the area and Guatam enrolled on the course. He has since shared what a difference the training has made to his ministry.

Guatam is one of many leaders we have trained in Bhutan.
